Here are some answers to common questions

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

As far as framework and stippling, all our work is permanent and cannot be changed. It is for this reason that we urge our customers to fill out order forms as specific as possible. 
With regards to apparel, if an article does not fit or arrives ruined we will offer a return and refund within 30 days of purchase.

CAN BROKEN TOP SOLUTIONS TEXTURE DAMAGED OR PREVIOUSLY TEXTURED FRAMES?

This answer depends on the condition of the frame and how severe the damage or previous texture is. We ask that you send detailed photos of the frame to us with your inquiry. If the frame is workable, you will need to purchase our "Reworking Package" from our Shop.

DO YOU HAVE AN FFL? HOW DO I SHIP MY FRAME TO YOU?

We absolutely have an FFL! If you need a copy of it for your records, please send us an email to info@brokentopsolutions.com and we will gladly send it!

Per ATF regulations shipping your frame to us as a Federal Firearm Licensee is actually quite simple. The ATF states that a customer can ship a frame to an FFL for work and the FFL can ship it right back to the return address. No other FFL needed. Things are ever changing with these regulations so we do urge you to check with your local law enforcement and parcel/postal companies before sending your frame. 

When you're ready to go, pack up your frame and mail it with your filled out order form included in the box to

DO I NEED TO STRIP MY FRAME?

If you feel comfortable stripping your frame it is certainly welcomed. It does speed up the process that much more. However, if you do not feel comfortable or just don't want to, we don't charge any fees for stripping the frame.
